Lynne, I have had a really busy past nearly two weeks (in my garden!), since your first post on Italy on April 18th, but I saved them all so I could read them, savor them, and send you this comment. What a truly wonderful trip! Was this just recently? And how in the world did you plan such a fabulous agenda? I swear, I could take it and enjoy every single thing you did. And when did your husband learn Italian? Are one or both of you from Italy, or family? So many wonderful things you experienced, off the normal and typical sightseeing trips. How many times have you been to Italy? You seemed so well versed. Loved every single detail. Thank you so much for sharing it all.
Thanks Rita, I love sharing our travels. My Husband was stationed in Italy during his time in the service and learned both Italian and German during that time. We have been back several times and always love our time here. We put together our trips based on our interests and what e enjoy. Italy is rightfully famous for it’s art and food and joy in living each day to the fullest. I’ll be sharing more in the coming weeks as our trip is fairly extensive. Hope you get to visit some of the same places very soon. You will love it.
Lynne
While all of these photos are just lovely that first one is the one I keep fixating on! What lovely views.
I love taking photos. They are such wonderful reminders of important times in our lives. Thanks for sharing.

Loved seeing your beautiful pictures. You have to be aware of the beauty in nature in order to capture a picture of it! I hope your trip was as wonderful as the pictures!
Thanks for stopping by and sharing. Our trip is better than the pictures and we are having a great time. I have been on guided tours in Italian and actually followed most of what was said. All that studying this past year is paying off. There are so many beautiful things wherever you go. It’s good to remember that.
