Estate Sale and Thrift Store Haul

Welcome, I’m so happy you’re here today to join me on this latest adventure to a local Estate Sale and thrift store. The Estate Sale started first thing in the morning. It was quite a good one but the prices were on the high side so for larger items I decided to wait for the 1/2 price sale on the last day. That will happen in a couple of days. After the Estate Sale we stopped at a favorite thrift store that benefits children’s cancer support.

A few things that were good prices made it into the car from the Estate Sale. I found a really nice mfg. bird’s nest. It will be great for a centerpiece. I also found some brand new sea grass placemats that had never been opened. The last thing found at the Estate Sale was also the best. A German Zwilling knife by Henkel. It’s an 8″ professional chef’s knife that sells for upwards of $130.00 on Amazon. It was $2 at the sale. That was a great find.

The rest of the items are from the thrift store. We’ll start with this round tablecloth. It’s quite lovely and covered with beautiful flowers and fruits.

This is a second tablecloth in red and white in a floral pattern. It’s quite nice.

These Italian pottery, individual, casserole dishes were only $1 each. They are in great condition and will be perfect for fall recipes.

Also found these two ceramic pumpkins that will be great for Fall and the Hallowe’en holiday.

We love to do jigsaw puzzles and are always on the lookout for them. These are brand new and we will really enjoy using them. They came in at $1.50 each.

The thrift store was having a 60% off Christmas in July sale so I picked up this country style ladder. About $2 it was a nice find.

Also found this sweet little wooden door that will be great for the holidays. It was a couple of dollars more than the ladder but still a great price.

This wooden sign also made it into the cart. About $2. it was originally $30.

Then I found these beautiful glasses for 69 cents each. They are made by Fostoria and are the “Corsage Clear” pattern that sells for about $30 each.

Thanks so much for joining me on this adventure. There were some finds that I will be able to use throughout the year. I hope your next thrifting trip is a great one.
