I&#8217;m continuing my series of toppings and sides for a Portobello Mushroom Burger meal.  This next recipe is for and herbal Aoili to add to the burger buns and flavor the assembled Mushroom Burgers.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Aoili<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl add egg yolks and lemon juice and blend together.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Add 1\/2 of the olive oil, mix well and check mixture.  <\/p>\n<p>Add garlic and chives and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Add remaining olive oil and mix thoroughly.<\/p>\n<p>Cover and refrigerate.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/thriftingwonderland.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/e86ba-97b16e_1596c6783f9c4a5b8a7d22ab9277d2e5mv2.jpg?w=350\"> <\/p>\n<p>This tastes super on the Portobello Mushroom Burger.
