Glorious pink and red roses add a touch of elegance in their cut crystal vase. Don’t you just love those colors? Most of the flowers I use come from my garden or the grocery store. These were from my local Aldi’s and have been blooming for several days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winter is a perfect time to think about the Spring garden and all the gorgeous blooms that can brighten your indoor spaces. Looking through beautiful garden books lifts my spirits when it is cold and sparse outside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crystal covered branches form a wreath that decorates the antique mirror reflecting light as it bounces off the individual crystals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitors are welcomed with light and color as the hallway becomes a warm and inviting space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now a second little vignette from the den. When the guests are gone it’s lovely to have a pretty space to relax<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It doesn’t take a lot to set a pretty tone for a room. Here I used a scalloped Victorian style tray that goes well with the background sheepskin throw on the sofa. A lovely wine bottle borrowed from a Friend holds a single rose in pretty pinks. The wine bottle looks like cut crystal so a nice bonus to keep after the wine has been enjoyed. Crystal glasses sit ready to be filled for a cozy respite from Winter’s cold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
