This week’s thrifting was confined to just a couple of stores as I made some quick stops. In the picture above you can see two of the finds. The first was this great dish cloth with scripted black writing touting Sans Souci. It’s printed on a very nice cotton material and was only $1. The pick resting on the dish cloth is one from a bag full of picks for $2 that I just couldn’t resist.

Here’s a picture of the bag. There are probably 30 picks included. Each pick is a cluster of three pine cones. I can see using these in flower arrangements and wreaths for the holiday season. Individual picks are really expensive now so I was happy to find these.

These place card holders are from pottery barn. Cute little sailboats that are nicely rendered will compliment a nautical themed table.

A Waterford tablecloth in great condition and in a very pleasant blue/gray color will be a nice neutral background for a table setting. The tablecloths were $2 each.

The second tablecloth is a lovely round piece for Fall. It is covered with Fall leaves and pumpkins with some sunflowers sketched into the design. It will be fun to use this in another month.

The final find was this great Santa pillow. The greens go really well with my sofa and will add a nice touch of whimsy to this year’s Christmas decor. The pillow was $1.50.

This was a small shop but some useful items. I’ll be sharing how I used them around the house in future blogs. Have a great week Thrifting.
You picked up a perfect bag of pinecone picks & they’re NOT glittery (usually the case). Great find.
I was so please to find them, Robin. Picks are pretty expensive in the stores and these were a great buy. It won’t be long before I can use them in floral arrangements, etc. Thanks for stopping by and sharing. Have a great week.
