Welcome to the Blog today, Friends. I haven’t been thrifting for a couple of weeks so ventured out today to see what I could find. I came up with an eclectic group of treasures.

First up we have this sweet little Easter bunny. It was originally from Hobby Lobby and I think it will look great in a “Peter Rabbit” type of setting.

A couple of brand new candles in great Fall colors made their way into my basket. I really like picking up candles when I see them. These are nice tri-colored pillar candles.

This Dream sign is made up of individual letters covered in a variety of chintz patterns. They are very sweet and will make a nice accessory.

Loved the look and colors of this great tablecloth. It’s very organic looking with soft greens and earth tones.

This great round tablecloth with a nice deep fringe found its way into my basket. The fabric is quite nice and looks very pretty.

Also found this great chocolate silk embroidered tablerunner. It’s quite attractive and will fit in well with some Fall or Winter decor.

Found these two beautiful Mikasa candlesticks in the Petit Points pattern. They are really lovely with no chips or scratches. They were 75 cents each and I think had been priced so low because they were covered in old wax and really dirty. You can see they cleaned up beautifully. Don’t be afraid to purchase something that is really dirty. Crystal washes and, if there are no scratches or chips, you will end up with a lovely item.

Found 8 Muslin napkins in great shape. They will go well with a Fall tablescape.

This wonderful, brand new, lavender wreath sells for about $45. This one was a fraction of the cost and now graces the center window of the Morning Room. The fragrance gently perfumes the air and the wreath is so light it’s easy to hang.

We found a lovely silverware case in really terrific shape. Didn’t have to do a thing to it.

Lastly, two beautiful silver framed mirrors. Will probably use these in the Great Room. All in all it was a good shopping day at the Thrift Store.

  1. Thank you for sharing this great haul. The candle sticks were a great find. The flat ware case is also very nice. Looking forward to seeing your table scape for fall.

  2. Love the linen & candlesticks. Yay, another chest. Great mirrors. How long does the lavender scent usually last in a wreath?

    1. Hi Robin, it was a mixed thrifting bag for this one. We just finished hanging the mirrors which were too large for the space we had intended but we found another spot. LOL the linens were quite nice. I’m not sure how long the lavender scent will last. Will try to remember to monitor it and let you know. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
