Sometimes it’s fun to have a casual meal in a fun setting just for the two of you. A thrifted two-tiered serving dish with snowman decoration was used for the scones. Two thrifted hand thrown pottery plates in reds and blues were added to the tiered base and complemented the snowman theme.

I started building this tablescape with a cute snowman patchwork runner and matching napkins I picked up at Goodwill. Some red napkins and Christmas tree napkin holders found at the thrift store were added to accent the red in the dessert plates.

Mikassa English Countryside cream plates (obtained at an Estate Sale) act as a base for the Snowman and Santa Claus plates. I love how they add some color and an element of fun to the table. Mikassa cups and saucers were used in place for your hot beverage of choice.

Williamsburg Juice glasses with a random holly pattern hold fresh- squeezed grapefruit juice and a little champagne (interesting twist on the Mimosa).

Brunch was salad with fresh mandarin oranges, spinach quiche and raspberry scones with apricot and raspberry jam.

Looks really pretty and festive and it tasted great.

Finished the tablescape with some pretty thrifted Christmas trees. the largest is a bottle brush tree with ornaments in gold, silver and blue and the rest were glass trees in a variety of sizes and colors. It was a simple and fun table to set and enjoy. Happy Christmas!
